XIMB ADMISSION NOTICE 2009
Invites Applications for Admission to the following AICTE approved academic Programmes for the year 2009.
HOW TO APPLY:
Visit www.ximb.ac.in (http://www.ximb.ac.in/) and register online for Admission to XIMB
i) Two-Year Full-Time Programme for Post-Graduate Diploma in Management, 2009-2011.
FULL-TIME PGDM
Eligibility:
Minimum three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, from a recognised University. Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree by June 15, 2009, may also apply.
Admissions Test (XAT):
All applicants wil have to Register and Appear for XAT to be held on January 4, 2009. XIMB does not conduct a separate admission test, but uses XAT-2009 scores for short-listing its applicants for admission interview. XLRI has no role either in the final selection process or in the conduct of the programme.
For this, applicants have to log on to www.xlri.edu (http://www.xlri.edu/) and apply online for XAT, before separately applying to XIMB.
ii) Two-Year Full-Time programme for Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Management, 2009-2011.
FULL-TIME PGDRM
Eligibility:
Minimum 3-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline. Final year degree students, completing their final examinations by June 15, 2009, may also apply.
Admission Test (IRMA or XAT):
Applicants will have to appear for one of the following Admission Tests.
a) The Test to be conducted by Institute of Rural Management, Anand, on 9th November 2008 or
b) XAT to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur on 4th January 2009.
Apply for one of the tests before separately applying to XIMB.
iv) Three-Year Part-Time Programme for Post-Graduate Diploma in Management, 2009-2012.
PART-TIME PGDM
A programme designed for experienced executives working anywhere in the country.

*There are no paper-based application forms for seeking admission to XIMB.
*The application fee (Rs.1000/- for each programme) may be paid after filling the online application, as instructed there in.
